Also present were other members of the great 1950′s teams Jimmy Kenyon, Alan Morton and Gordon McNair, together with the family of the 1950′s late goalkeeper Bert Holland. The 3 youngest members of the club, signed this year had their photographs taken together with the 4 members of the Lancashire Cup winning side.

Speeches by Keith Marsden, Alan Cornforth, Club President Geoff Gable and Club Chairman Mark Caldwell were well received. It was also nice to see the present players of the club supporting the event and helping to make the evening a success.

Thanks go to the Saheb Restaurant for their hospitality and excellent food on the evening and our technical wizard Adrian who videoed the proceedings.
